Barton Hill Farms Spring Field Trips are NOT open to the public. Open to 1-4 Grade School Children. Certified Teachers, Teacher's Aides and Bus Drivers employed thru the school/district are free with valid-pictured, employer ID. Students, Parents and Chaperones are required to pay admission and will be required to wear a wristband. Tickets are pre-purchased online and limited! We do not make any exceptions to this policy. Parents and Chaperones ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE AND ENTER WITH THEIR SCHOOL'S GROUP-no late arrivals! (This is for the safety of our children.) Tickets are purchased online and are NOT refundable unless Barton Hill Farms has to close due to bad weather. (In the event of a closure we will schedule a make up day for your field trip.) Plan to bring a clearly labeled sack lunch and bottled water. Concessions will be limited. NOT ALL FARM ACTIVITIES WILL BE ACCESSIBLE. Your group must purchase online and hold a reservation for the field trip. Barton Hill Farms requires a 1:3 ratio-1 adult per 3 children. Motorized wheel chairs are not advised. Barton Hill Farms requires every field trip participant/parent complete a liability waiver prior to arrival. Form is on our website.
